Return Policy
If you would like to return your non-defective DVD(s) to us, there will be a $10 re-stocking fee. We cannot accept any returns after 60 days from the date of purchase. If you have scratched your DVD, we can replace it for a $10 fee per DVD.
If your DVD is more that a year old and does not play any longer, we can replace those DVDs for $10 each. (11-07) we have learned that if DVDs are left in any light they will deteriorate much quicker and will not play even though they are not scrathed or appear to be damaged. Due to this recent development we can only replace them for $10 per DVD. We also have upgraded to a DVD that is less susceptible to light affecting the DVD.

Domestic Shipping: Add $5 for shipping. Order more than one competition set and receive free shipping!! We ship DVDs usually by regular mail. Add 7.75% sales tax if in CA. VISA, MC, Am Express and Discover accepted. All DVDs are usually shipped within 2 business days when in stock. o:p>

International Shipping: Canada is usually the same at $5 per order. Overseas shipping usually has two different postal rates, one for 5-7 days (Airmail Letter Post) and one for 4-6 weeks (Economy Letter Post). You can got to http://ircalc.usps.gov/ and find out exactly how much postage to add and we will honor that price. Most DVD sets are 1 pound.

If you do not received your DVDs within 4 weeks, we will be happy to send you another set, but we must ask you to pay for shipping for the additional set. We have had instances of over 7 weeks to deliver to some countries.

For International DVDs:
Our DVDs are not region-encoded and should play on most computers with DVD players or on home DVD players that play PAL/NTSC. You might need a NTSC TV to see the DVDs.

Defective DVDs: We use the DVD-Rs or recordable DVDs. 95% of the newer DVD players on the market will play the recordable DVDs If your player is an older one there is a 50-50 chance it will not play the newer 'recordable' DVDs. We have also found limited success (60%) on playing in DVD players in computers or playstations.

The problem is not in the DVDs, but in the DVD players. Some manufactures do not include the software in their players to play the DVD-R disks. There is nothing anyone can do since there are no adjustments of any kind on the DVD players nor on the recorder we use.

So if you have a problem with the DVDs, you can inexpensively upgrade your system to a new DVD player. (they are down to $40 now) If you do this make sure and bring our DVD into the store to test the DVD player you will buy.

Remember, all competition event set prices are for THAT YEAR's DVD set only.
